What to Expect From Us
• Within 5 business days of our receipt of your specimen submission (usually the next day) we will e-mail (or fax if you
did not provide an e-mail address) a letter that tells you the exact day we received your order and the latest day that we will
notify you of the results of our forensic cementum annuli aging of your submissions. Remember our guarantee: We deliver the
results on time or your aging result for that specimen is FREE!
• When we have the results we will:
1. E-mail (or fax if you did not provide an e-mail address) a letter that tells you the results of the forensic cementum annuli

2. We will then snail mail you the same information to your mail address given in your submission form.
3. If you ordered a Certificate of Aging™ for this specimen it will follow in 2 weeks or less by snail
